Bootcamp24 training is a cardiovascular muscle-toning full body workout. It's the optimal combination of cardio, strength, explosiveness, coordination, agility and speed, and thé way to get fit. You will become stronger, leaner and fitter. It is basically a workout without equipment, tools or materials and we use the elements that nature (think of the height differences and sand roads or the beach) and the environment (walls and benches) offer us. The body is a training device on itself and, in combination with these elements, it has endless possibilities.
Bootcamp24 is the way to become fit in every way. In a single training session, you will burn an average of 600 to 800 calories. At a training frequency of two times a week you will allready start to see results in fitness and muscle building after a few weeks.
You don't have to be an athlete and you don't need any experience whatsoever. If you're over sixteen and have a positive attitude, you're very welcome to join us.
